Greeted with a smile when we arrived by knowledgeable staff ready to help, without the pressure to up-sell services. Our bike was ready before promised and in great condition.

Good neighbourhood repair shop. The turnaround was very quick coupled with a no nonsense repair ettiquete. Plus sometimes there's a good boy there.

Great service the moment I walked in with my very sick bike. Thank Bike Dr.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Brought my bike in to have my rear tube replaced, they asked me to come back in 30mins, and when I did, it's all done. I was really impressed with their efficiency (it was pretty busy already). Price was very reasonable too. My bike is a fixie and they even gave me some tips for the bike and what an upgrade could be. Much appreciated. I'll be a returning customer for sure (and the coffee shop next to it serves great coffee too). Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! I took my old bicycle in for servicing (given to a friend). Out of many bicycle shops over a few years, they gave the lowest cost for replacing the front fork (was snapped inside). The new front fork perfectly matches the bicycle. The front derailleur that was put on by another bicycle shop (replacing a rusted derailleur) was rubbing when in the third gear. The bicycle shop that installed it said that was b/c something was bent but that it was usable regardless. This bicycle shop, before my eyes, fixed it in a few minutes. My newer bicycle, from Toronto, disassembled and reassembled in Ottawa, had an issue with the disk breaks rubbing. The other bicycle shop that reassembled it said it was essentially a design flaw and that nothing was wrong. This bicycle shop spun the tire, realized what was wrong and adjusted it before my eyes.
