  I've been seeing Benjamin for spinal decompression and manual therapy since last spring. I came to him desperate because I could barely walk without experiencing pain from a herniated disc, and after 5-7 sessions I was feeling great and working out again. I still visit once a month for "maintenance" and haven't had any problems. I consider myself lucky to have found this place!

  I have terrible posture which has led to back and neck problems over the years. The staff helped me enormously and gave me tips and exercises to correct it and now I feel and look much better!

  En voyant les commentaires, j'ai voulu essayer cet endroit. Toutefois, plutôt que d'aider mon problème, on a traité un autre endroit, lequel fait maintenant très mal. D'ailleurs, je ne comprends pas que les 23 commentaires homogènes datent d'exactement il y a 5 mois... Toutefois, le personnel était très sympathique, d'où quelques étoiles.

  It has been over 3 years now that I have had MB health centre take care of me and I have yet to have a negative experience! (To say the least) If you are looking to get a relaxing massage or deeper osteo service I highly recommend MB health centre. I have referred some friend who were seeking urgent care and there was someone available for same day appointments. Definitely worth your time and health!!

  I strongly recommend Benjamin and the team at M.B. Health Center. They have always been friendly, helpful and, above all, professional. After suffering serious back pain, they helped me to a quick recovery. Their continual care, and helpful guidance, has kept my back, neck and right forearm in top shape.
