  Pire service EVER! J'appelle a 15h le vendredi simplement pour faire changer ma batterie de clé, on me dit que cest trop tard, mais que je peux venir le samedi jusqu'à midi. Je réussis après mille et un detour a être la a 11:30, mais le gars ca lui tentait plus, il était déjà parti! J'ai traversé la ville pour rien!

  Amazing place! My boyfriend just purchased a brand new Mazda3 from them and Arnaud was very helpful! We tried 3 different dealers, and this was by far the most welcoming service we received! Thank you! We will come see you next time again!!!

  Service Department 1 - First time I brought my car here the service was OK. They were not willing to give me a car while mine was getting repaired and I had to wait for the shuttle service. Like most dealerships they try to up-sell you and put a big margin on the parts and labour but fairly reasonable if you negotiate. Overall the experience was satisfactory. 2 - I tried to arrange another appointment with the service department - they gave me an appointment quickly (same day to get it checked out) - however they cancelled an hour before the appointment. This was an annoying inconvenience since I rearranged my afternoon schedule to attend the appointment. Overall not too bad - expensive labour rates and fees - just make sure you ask them to show you the repairs beforehand + ask for the old parts back + make and model of the new parts to be installed. Also no cars available to use while yours is in for repairs.

  Très bonne expérience avec le vendeur Sami pour l'achat d'un véhicule d'occasion. J'ai eu un prix très agressif et Sami m'a rappeler plusieurs fois pour m'annoncer qu'il allait m'offrir des produits gratuits supplémentaires (Tapis orignaux neuf). De plus, il m'a inclus des pneus en condition parfaite et ne m'a pas charger l'installation. Toute l'équipe est transparente et amicale. Bref, je vous recommande Sami.

  I dealt with Andrew when I was looking to lease a car. He was the best! I shopped around forever and no other dealership had anyone as honest and helpful as him. And now that I have the car, dealing with Nelson for tune-ups and tire changes is perfect. He’s helpful and always has my car done exactly when he says it’ll be done.
