  A very unpleasant experience I had at Max Mara Pacific Centre, Vancouver, at around 8:15 pm, Wednesday 18th May 2016. There were about two ladies working there . I was browsing for a good 10 minutes and Not one of the ladies ask me if I needed help or if there is anything they can assist me with . They just stared at me and then look blankly into space . I was also wearing very casual clothes after a day of traveling from overseas. So perhaps they thought I will not purchase anything from their store ?? The only interaction I had with a Max Mara assistant that night was when I ask for the time and what time the store would be close that night . One of the ladies stated the time. Then did not assist me in anyway whilst I was browsing. They just looked at me with awkward interest. I felt the attitude were a bit snobbish and without any feeling of care for the customer . Perhaps they just wanted to go home .. I then proceeded with my shopping to JUDITH and CHARLES. What a contrasting experience ! Their sales assistants had genuine care and ask if I needed help straight away and ask what i was looking for even though it was 8:30pm . Because of this lovely treatment and care for the customer, I bought a lovely dress from JUDiTH and CHARLES.
