  Matthew has been great. His guidance has me back running pain free in less than a month, and I am actually enjoying running again. I wish I had connected with Matthew earlier, as his instructions on how to run are invaluable.Highly recommend Matthew for advice and instruction!

  Matthew is a fantastic run coach and has great knowledge when it comes to technique and strength exercises to help you run injury free.

  I was looking for a physiotherapist that understood runners: the fact that we hate being injured and want to get back to running ASAP. Matthew is a runner and understands. I immediately felt that I was in good hands. What really makes Matthew unique is that he responds to questions very quickly via email. This is great when you need direction in between sessions.

  Matthew is very knowledgeable and a real encourager. When I first went to see him I was skeptical as to how much I was going to learn or how much it was going to help. I have been really surprised by what Matthew has been able to teach me through video analysis and an in depth understanding of how the body works. Every thing he says makes total sense and each session has taken my understanding to the next level. I highly recommend his services as both a physiotherapist and running coach.

  Matthew offers an excellent service to his clients. He takes time to perform proper diagnostic to understand the root of cause, articulate and explain it in a simple way to his client. All excercises are properly plan over time to resolve the problem. But most importantly, he is a very nice person to work with. Thanks for the excellent services over the past years Matthew. Mario
