Walk the wave pool is great the gym is great but there is lots of Riff Raff that come in and out of there so you really got to watch your stuff when you block it up in a locker don't leave your cell phone or wallet in the locker people

Have been going here since I was a kid. I've always loved swimming here after a long swim you can unwind in their sauna, steam room or hot tub. They also have a lots of pool floaties and life jackets so anyone can jump in and have a good time. The gym here is a bit smaller but has everything you would need to get a proper work out. They also have an all ladies side to the gym. You can also use the ice skating rink don't have skates no problem you can rent them. When the public skating hours are over there is usually some hockey games being played on the ice which is fun to watch. There are also a few other rooms that offer a bunch of other extra curricular activities.

Weight room is basic and feels cramped and a little dingy. Pool is good for young families and although they usually have a lane open for lengths, it is a wave pool so pick your time for lap swimming carefully. The hot tub is good and hot with adequate water jets but is often quite busy. There is a dry sauna and a steam sauna which can be great after a workout. The lifeguards are pleasant but they really need to enforce the rules about getting people to stay in the appropriate lanes. It's pretty common to have non swimmers walking in the swim lanes and slow swimmers in fast lanes.

This is a great place for kids' birthday parties, which is the only reason I've ever been here. There's a kiddie pool, a big pool that sometimes has waves, boats and float toys, a hot tub, and a sauna. You can also have kids' parties in a room where they just run around and do activities. Parking always feels far from the entrance, but exercise is appropriate for a rec center.
