  terrible experience with one of the sales associates! totally unprofessional girl with stringy long brown hair and dyed tips. wouldn't stop gossiping to colleagues about personal life in order to assist me & my dog. terrible experience ! terrible service! never returning.

  I was a little cautious when I read Rebecca's review but decided to make an appointment here after I spoke to them on the phone to address my concerns. Pepper, my little man is 14, he's a shitzu mix, hates the groomers and had surgery during Chirstmas and thinks he's going to vet anytime he goes in the car! I wanted to make sure he had a calm and patient groomer and that the place wasnt going to be crazy busy while he was there. When we first walked in the girl at the front was very friendly, Basha, the groomer, asked me questions about him and listened to my concerns, she let me explain exaclty what I wanted and let me show her a photo for reference. I also explain to her that Pepper was sensitive but dramtic and to please take her time. Pepper came back to me happy, super cute with his new cut (exaclty how I wanted it too) and the least stressed I've ever seen him after the groomers! I would highly recommend going to Masters N Dogs if your dog needs a calm and conscientious grooming!

  Gave my portuguese water dog a beautiful furcut today - staff was very friendly, dog & owner are happy! Great experience.

  I regularly take my dog in for nail clipping, and rarely have to wait. The groomer takes good care of my dog. I also buy my dog's food and many of her supplies at Masters N Dogs. They have good quality goods and products for dogs and cats, and provide helpful advice regarding options. They have always been happy to special order anything I have needed, and goods have been available in-store quickly thereafter.

  I used to bring my dog here and found that the grooming was of good quality until one day... I always mention to the staff that he received a surgery in his hind left leg so to please be extra cautious of it. I would drop him off and then shop around the Westboro village. I returned early to pick him up that day so that I could shop around the store. I looked in the back room (which is easily visible) and could see the groomer tugging hard on him with impatience. This tugging included his left hind leg that had recently been worked on. I was furious and opted to never bring him there again. The look on his poor little face broke my heart. The groomer was unapologetic and resulted to insisting that my dog was being difficult. I've never had any complaints about him from anyone else who has groomed him... I've been hesitant to post this as it happened a while ago now, and I'm not sure if this particular groomer is still there but I didn't want to take any chances in going back.
