  Looking at the other reviews, I have to agree that the manager is super rude, has no customer service skills at all, and makes you feel unwelcomed. I won't recommend this store to anyone and I will not be back at this location.

  And 0 stars for ordering online and getting it deliver by Purolator, what a nightmare, took them 2 weeks to get me my mail, will never order online again as longes Mark's use Purolator for deliveries.

  PROS: Black Friday shopping here was great. Friendly service, despite the chaos, easy to find what you need, and the Christmas goods - awesome and hilarious! Men's on the right, women's on the left. NEGATIVES: not enough floor service, waiting and waiting. I put boots on hold for to exchange boots that broke, left my name and number, said when I'd be back to pick them up...called the day of to confirm pickup, boots are gone. They even shipped them in from another store.

  The manager is so rude , they have really bad customer service there. The Marks on Innes Rd, Gloucester they have good customer service the employees are helpful and kind.

  Good selection but regular prices are a little high. The sales are pretty good though.
