::I booked two appointments with Marilyn to view and list our property. First appointment, her staff called and said she is unable to show up at 4:30, whoever another agent will be able to come at 6:30. Very Inconvenient as my house is currrently vacant and we don’t live nearby. Marilyn herself called same evening around 9:00pm to say she couldn’t make it and a bunch of excuses that didn’t match what her staff told me previously. I thought well, she is a busy woman and didn’t nag about it, however requested another appointment from her to view the property. She said her staff will call me to schedule another appointment. I waited 2 days, no one called, so I made the effort to call her office myself and booked an apponiment specifically asking for herself. The second appointment was made for a week after. On the day of the appointment my husband went to the property waiting for Marilyn. I called her office at 2:00 to make sure this time she will show up. Her staff said Marilyn is closing a deal and can’t come at 2:30. I called my husband and told him Marilyn can’t come again. We both were extremely upset with the way she handled the situation. A bit later she called and said I got busy, but I looked at your property pictures and a she figured it’s a waist of time for her to come. I was shocked. An agent with this type of attitude and total disrespect for my time is an agent that people trust to put their life’s entire savings in her hand.
