  This place is a god's send for anyone seeking a wallet friendly and healthy lunch during the week. The options are varied and delicious. If you arrive around noon everything is piping hot and fresh. They have a wonderful mix of proteins, veggies, grains and salads. Everything is measured by weight (I believe it's $1.99/100g) which means you can either get more bang for your buck or accidentally let your eyes guide you to financial ruin. I personally try to measure my food on one of the open scales when it's not terribly busy. I'd say this place gives any other QSR in the path a run for it's money. You can get an excellent meal for under $10 if you choose strategically.

  I don't usually write reviews, but this Marcello's location certainly deserves five stars. The coffee was on point, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. However, what stood out to me the most was the impeccable customer service! The young man taking care of me was very helpful and eager when it came to suggesting dishes, and his bright smile added cheerfulness to an otherwise boring workday. Whether you're looking for a quick bite in the Financial District or more generous fare for larger luncheons, I'd definitely recommend this spot - as I fully intend to return!

  I love going Marcello's for lunch and sometimes breakfast too. I first started coming here because I can get healthy food at a good price. My lunch is usually around $6-8. The food is very fresh and they change the dishes on offer to keep a good variety. The staff are very friendly, and make you feel like your business is appreciated. I like how they have cardboard takeout boxes available, and hopefully they can eventually move to have all Styrofoam boxes eliminated entirely. Marcello's is also a great place to get your coffee/tea!

  Usually order delivery for lunch in the busy part of my day, but happened to find this place by luck and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the offerings. Got far more food at the same price I was paying for delivery, and the taste was excellent too. Love the selection of fresh salads, as well as the sandwiches. Keep coming back every day with my colleagues to try new menu items, and the sit--in area is appreciated. The staff are keen and friendly, which is always a bonus. Took off one star because there's always room for improvement!
