  Very good smoked meat and no line to get in *wink wink*. The place kept the original "old style" vibe. It's not as good as Smoked Meat Pete, it's a case of the son surpassing the father, but it's very close. Get the special smoked meat platter with a cherry coke, it contains the sandwich, some fries, coleslaw and a pickle (see picture); it'll to satisfy your hunger and soul.

  I’ve been going around Montreal to try all of the different spots for smoked meat. My favourite has to be the Main. It was so flavourful and moist. The Main also has excellent service and you don’t have to wait for ages for a seat. I would definitely recommend eating smoked meat here!

  Main Deli was a nice little place. It was just a last min decision while we were in the area. Had a pretty good selection on the menu. The staff was friendly and polite. Service was quick. We sat took our time looking at menu, ordered and ate all within 30 mins. Food was good. Price was fair. Overall good experience.

  Me encanta este restaurante, para mi la carne ahumada es la mejor que he probado en Montreal. Ofrecen tres tipos, dependiendo de la cantidad de grasa que uno desee en el servicio: baja, media y alta. Ofrecen otros platos que son buenos también. El servicio es excelente, no hay que hacer cola para tener una mesa (para mi es un mito de que si hay cola es bueno, es muchos casos es solo buena publicidad) y no te corren del lugar, trayendote la cuenta antes de haber terminado de comer.
