  First time customer and will be recommending Luv-A-Rug. Personable, knowledgeable, and obviously passionate about their business. From start to finish, wonderful customer service. Dusty carried my rug in when I dropped off and loaded it in my car when I picked up; I try and limit my use of plastic and was pleasantly surprised to be asked if I wanted it wrapped; and best of all, my rug came out bright and scent free.

  We have been using Luv-a-Rug for many years. They are exceptionally professional and highly skilled. I have had a number of accidents, including a bad wine stain and they have always handled the problems beautifully. I had no reservations in sending in a VERY expensive rug last week. It had not been cleaned in many years. The pick-up and return was right on schedule and the cleaning cost of the silk and wool rug was surprisingly low. I strongly recommend Luv-a-Rug for your rug/Carpet cleaning work. They are certainly the best cleaners on the Island!!

  We recently used the services of Luv-A-Rug to clean and repair our family heirloom Chinese rugs that had been in storage for some 25 years. They were stained, musty, dirty and had fringes that had been frayed and "eaten" by vacuum cleaners over the years. It was likely 50 years since they had been last cleaned! As first-time users, we chose Luv-A-Rug for several reasons: they are a reputable company with good reviews on their website; they are knowledgeable about the many varieties of rugs, etc. that they undertake to clean; they are community minded and a local business. We were pleased by the respectful and friendly service provided by "Dusty" when we took our rugs in and impressed with the time he took to give careful explanations about how our rugs would be cleaned and the options open to us with respect to how damage could be repaired or modified. When we picked up our newly-cleaned and restored rugs, with the scruffy fringes removed and binding added, we were very pleased with how they looked. We will not hesitate in using Luv-A-Rug again and will tell our friends about the good service we received and recommend Luv-A-Rug.

  I picked up my cream wool area rug today which is a European import and could not believe the appearance!! It is fantastic. I have had this rug for possibly 25 years or more, and of course have had it cleaned many times, but it now looks like it did when I originally bought it, for the first time!! I was contemplating getting rid of it ---- but not any more!! I also have a large cream wool living room rug - and now I know who I will get to clean it when the time comes - and they pick up on Saturdays!! On top of this they were very nice to deal with. They get a "Highly Recommended" from me.

  I returned from a night away from home to find that my cat had urinated on my bed! Hoping to salvage my down comforter, I chose Luv a Rug because of their online reviews and because I appreciated the fact that they clean primary classroom area rugs for free. I found their service and result to be excellent. They were honest about the potential outcome and quoted a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this local business -friendly professionals that are invested in their community.
