    I have been training with Luke Callow for almost a year now. Luke conducts himself with professionalism at all times. In addition to being personable, and very knowledgeable in the field of fitness and nutrition, he is also an excellent communicator and is committed to helping me achieve my goals. Each and every training session he sets out for me is challenging, varied and fun. I am motivated to keep striving to improve my strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination and balance. Luke analyses my breathing and every movement, making sure I am getting the most out of my workout and is mindful of my safety at all times. The benefits from working with Luke are remarkable. My muscle tone, posture, fitness and energy have greatly improved. I am better able to deal with daily stresses at work with calm and focus.     Luke is a great personal trainer! His programs are well thought out and he is very mindful about pushing his clients whilst ensuring their safety. His sessions are fun and go by quickly even though you are getting a great sweat. I highly recommend Luke to anyone who wants to see results!

    Luke is an amazing trainer. He puts the personal in personal training -- meaning, he gives a lot of thought into what needs to be done (fitness goals, impediments, etc), and puts a realistic plan for you to work with. Very professional and goes the extra mile to check up with you to make sure that you are kept motivated to reach your goals. I have a crazy schedule and as such I usually have problems fitting in gym time during crazy months. Luke keeps me in check and makes sure that in spite of my crazy weekly routine, I am able to realistically hit my goals and feel good about myself.

    Great experience with Luke and noticed results right away! He was very quick to identify weak and problem areas of my workout routine and designed a custom plan to compensate. He helped me work around both chronic and acute injuries I was dealing with at the time while also improving the stability and strength of these injured areas. He always has positive energy and is easy to talk to...feels like talking to a buddy. He's good at knowing when to push you and is not afraid to let you know when you can do more. At the same time, he knows when you've had enough and doesn't cause you excessive strain or to injure (or re-injure) yourself...like some trainers out there.
