::Ordered a hot water tank online. They called to tell me it was in. I went to pick it up. They looked for it for three hours. The store was not busy at all (No wonder). Finally they found it . (This is an 80 gallon hot water heater so not a small item) They said if I drove around back , they could find someone to help me load it if I would wait. I was so angry I loaded it myself although I am not sure I could do that again. To bad no option for no stars......

::Definitely go here...... if you like waiting 2 hours to get anything from the warehouse. There is a lot of people standing around unless you actually need help then you will also experience 15-30 minute wait.

::20 minutes of my life I will never get back. Nobody knows where anything is. That is if you can find someone to ask. Hasn't changed since it opened.

::I've been a few times briefly. Last time I was looking for a couple small repair items. A lady working gave awesome advice that I didn't know I needed! Then she helped me find another item I hadn't started looking for yet and didn't know where it might be found. Great service at the till, as well, every time I go. Great addition to Prince George!
