    I'm giving Louis Vuitton Montreal 5 stars because of Odette. She's very helpful, responsive and fun. She has very good taste if you need an opinion in case you are debating between items. She manage to find me pieces that were very hard to find. If you want a real luxury experience go see her. She's my favourite LV S.A ever.

    One of the worst customer services. You would expect a better service when you spend that much for leather goods. I had to wait for at least a good 10 minutes or so before someone came to see me and Trust me I made it clear that I needed assistance and wasn’t just browsing around with no purpose. Then she basically took down my name on her ipad so I got “waitlisted” for another 30 minutes or so. And when I finally got a S.A., she started helping me and when she saw a “regular client” (I assume it was a regular client since she had a LV purse and LV wallet and was looking to add a new piece to her collection and the S.A. remembered her), the S.A. then started serving her at the same time! And that regular client never have to wait like I did! I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into that store and yet I cannot believe I have wasted an hour of my precious time. It’s sad how basic Customer Services has not been mastered for such an international recognized brand.

    I first called LV prior coming to this store. An SA had approached me nicely and advised me to wait as someone will come help me with my concern. There was another SA ( black girl- short hair) being rude...said to me " the way it works here is you get a number and wait for your turn"...I first ignore her...and she kept...repeating herself .I responded to her, YES, I have been served and someone will come see me...I didn't like her approach. She could've asked if me first, If I have been served and If not...then she will explain to me....aka " Customer SERVice". It wasn't my first time at this store, I have my purse with me which I also purchase from there and a gift item which I have less than a year which I have a quality problem with it. The SA who helped me, ( forgot the name or the SA did not introduce his name) ...with my concern was nice, I always do keep all my receipts...so my questions/item was assessed quickly. However, I was asking him for a particular item which I am aware...is out of stock..as per my recent trip to other LV Store and on the site is out of stock. The SA, is describing me " colour" instead of " Damier Azur" or ebene...as I wanted the "monogram"...I did not order it from him...as He wasn't able to name the canvas properly...So I kind of not trust to process my order as I have no date when to receive the item. I called LV and they have given me an alternate advise that I'll be notified once available to order online or If I happened to be on Travel where there is an LV store I would definitely do my purchase somewhere else than here. It'll be great if they improve their service here so to give a reason for the customers to shop here.

    Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've bought a lot here and I've had great service. Odette and Jeanine are my faves. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I don't know everyones names but the manager Rashma has also been sweet and accommodating. . I think some of the reviewers are sensitive and expect to be waited on hand and foot. Your perception of someones opinion of you is just that, a perception. To say the sales associates think they're better than you is ridiculous. Did you ask them if they thought that? Making assumptions is never good! This store has better customer service than the Louis Vuitton at Yorkdale Mall in Toronto too. If you look at some of the 1 star reviews on here you'll see that those reviewers ONLY leave 1 star reviews!!

    A staff was looking down on me but I prepared my cash to buy the bag 🤦‍♀️ I bought it on the website instead 😂 but the store is quite nice , good vibes , luxurious and spacious 😁
