  Absolutely excellent experience. We came with a group of 6 women getting a multitude of different nail services and they were incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional. The salon itself is a trendy little space and all the estheticicians were all lovely. Highly recommended!!

  Myself and 2 friends came for a full pedicure today for the first time. As soon as we walked in we were offered something to drink. Our pedicures were time respected and the nail technicians really took their time and actually did a complete foot massage which we appreciated a lot. It was a nice first experience and I would book again. Thank you Look Manicure for making us feel like important clients and not just another customer walking in and rushing to get to the next person or rushing to finish. :)

  Ive been a customer at Look for years and never thought of leaving a review. The staff and owners are so friendly they make you feel at home when you walk in. The service is premium so you get what you pay for. For those of you who think it’s expensive, well, exclusivity and premium quality is expensive so if you’re not happy go somewhere else. Look Manicure Express gives their clients top of the line care from your head to your toes! Not to mention how clean it is!

  Two weeks ago, I came for a manicure/ pedicure with a friend for the first time. Our experience was totally positive and we enjoyed our time from start to finish. From the beginning, we were treated very respectfully and offered drinks the moment we sat down. The place is gorgeous inside and clean, which makes it very catching to the eye and comfortable from the get go. The two girls who worked on us, we're friendly and extremely careful and concsenious when asking us exactly what we wanted and which colour and shape we liked. The manicure was beautifully done and I got so many compliments. My friend was also pleased with the job. Our pedicures took one hour and it was probably the most relaxing one I've had. All the products used were excellent, and had nothing to complain about. They offer you a brand new buffer and file, which is a very nice little extra! Every client gets a new box of products used during their pedicure which you can even take home after.We both really loved the coconut spray (smells amazing) they use after which I've never had before. The quality of the manicure and pedicure were worth everything we payed and we will definitely be coming back. It's beautiful inside and the vibe is great! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their experience and take their time in getting a manicure or pedicure that lasts and is very well done. I felt the need to write about my experience because I was pleasantly surprised how great this place was and couldn't believe that this was only my first time there. This is definitely my place from now on, and look forward for to my next visit ! Thanks so much!!!

  Went in for a refill while having 2 broken nails, from a different salon. The tips they used for my thumb completely covers my thumbs nails, so if I'm not careful, it will for sure pop off completely. She does not know how to match shape AT ALL. My other nails were clearly square and rounded a little and she almost shaped the new nail in an almond shape, I had to fix it myself at home because I didn't bother telling her because i was too shocked she didn't see the difference. Next, she asks if I had acrylic or gel and I said it was acrylic and I wanted shellac on top. She did gel instead, which is not what I asked for because I know its all the same once shellac is on. She did my polish and then I was out of there. Normally I wouldn't mind paying like $45-50 for a refill and shellac, done well, but she charged me $68 for this. The only reason it could be semi-acceptable (if she had known how to properly shape nails and how to follow instruction) is if they charge 10$ per nail repair, but that's just a ridiculous thought. It's not the worst set of nails, but the fact that I had to fix things on my own at home is ridiculous. Also, they only have one nail technician, the other women simply do manicures. It's especially inconvenient when they post that they're open until 9pm certain days but when I went once around 5:30pm, the technician had gone home and no one could do a refill for me. Not very impressed, won't be returning.
