  Great selection of brands. I like the fact that you're allowed to touch and play anything you want. Allows me to play guitars that I'd never be able to afford. Lots of used gear available as well.

  Always reliable with plenty product and services. Fair prices, good repair techs, lots of rental options. It's the go to spot for anything music related.

  My favourite instruments/gear store. Good staff, good selection, and their financing plans are a godsend if you need something right away but don't have the cash on hand. Good store all around, only place I go.

  Great store. Huge difference in employees. Some are over the top and will bend over backwards to please you and some just are so apathetic to acknowledge your existence.

  Ryan (downstairs in the Drums and Percussion section) has no clue how much he helped me out tonight. What a good human being. In my 15+ years of customer service experience I've never met anyone who has helped me out that way he did. His little act of kindness helped me out way more than he probably realized, and because of him this will be my official Long & McQuade store...and I don't care how far I have to travel to get there! Ryan, thank you. (Faith in humanity officially restored again)
