  This for the Pharmacy. I walked in there for a vaccination shot. Hallen, who must just have finished her shift and could have send me home with an appointment voluntarily stayed longer and patiently went with me through paper work and gave me my shot. Super nice and friendly. Thank you so much.

  I've been shopping here for 13 years and have been using this post office since it opened and have never had a negative experience with the store or with the post office. So, I was absolutely shocked to learn that Diana is no longer employed in the post office. What a loss to customers! She knew her stuff, and had excellent customer service skills. There were many times when I stood in line while she dealt with stubborn customers who refused to accept/understand that, in order to receive their package, they had to present valid photo ID . She was always patient. If a customer cannot accept the fact that Canada Post requires valid photo ID before releasing a package, then please use a courier instead. This has been a requirement for many years. Unless the staff know you because you're at the counter frequently, don't bother trying to pick up a package without valid photo ID. Simple! To the person who complained about Diana, use some common sense before posting such a vitriolic review. And to the person who decided she wasn't valuable after five years running the post office, you could also do with a healthy dose of some common sense.

  Stopped in over lunch after learning they did passport photos. The man who helped me knew his stuff like few you meet in day to day life. Incredibly efficient, pointed out a small issue with the first photo I never would have noticed and re-took them. The software he had access to was obviously special designed for this task and worked perfectly. I was out the door in under 5 minutes with my photos - an excellent experience - thank you!

  The customer service at London drugs is second to none. I love supporting Canadian owned business and shop here whenever I can. Every week is different at London drugs. You'll never know what you'll find next visit! Highly recommended.
