  Mind you some staff at the pharmacy are really nice, it is by far the slowest pharmacy I've been to. I have little choice where I go due to the frequency that I need my prescription and my work schedule but there is no urgency in their work. You can be waiting in a huge line up and they just chat away behind the counter. I tried to talk to one of the pharmacists about an issue and the Joyce pharmacist just got argumentative.

  Most of the staff is nice but the pharmacy are very difficult to work with, they have long wait times and more than once have not had prescription renewals ready multiple times

  My encounter at the Photo Lab in London Drugs, Kerrisdale, I was treated poorly as if I was nothing more than a waste the guy's time, who was white and round and had the name Taylor if I recall correctly, and has absolutely no patience and manners. I walked in to get my photo taken to renew my passport, and the guy took three pictures of me and showed each of them three times. The first picture he took of me he commented, "You look as if you saw a ghost." And that was obviously very rude of him. Then I took the second and then the third. In less than one minute in deciding which of the three photos I would want to use for my passport, he said, "Hurry up and pick one or I'll pick it for you!" At first I thought he was joking, but then I realized he was serious as I asked if I could view them just once more and he was furious, and twisted the words of my question as if I wanted to take another picture, "I'm not taking another picture for you," he stated rudely, which was clearly not what I asked. I mean, viewing the options for my passport photo is quite important as it will be my passport picture for FIVE YEARS. What's even worse was that he was not busy AT ALL, as when he finished with me he walked away and stood at one place for who knows how long and did basically nothing. Part of the reason why I think his attitude was so poor was maybe because he has a certain hate towards Asians. Now, I may be crossing the line with this but I have a strong feeling that I'm correct about his directed hate towards Asians, and I would like him to at least pretend to be nice and patient with everyone.

  Have been coming here for years. Lots of good deals. Spacious parking lot. The cashiers can be a bit friendlier though.
