  I really enjoy going to this Loblaws. Workers are nice, specifically cashiers (they're kind and quick.)

  Well labelled smallish grocery store attached to mall. Good for picking up a few things. Normally we shop one of the bigger Loblaws or price match everything at Wal-Mart.

  Back in 2006 lived in the Carlingwood area of Ottawa and this store was presentable and "fresh"/modern. This evening I went in to do some grocery shopping (as I was in the area). WOW! the place looks pretty much the SAME - few if any actual upgrades to the infrastructure - also super crowded isles and general "shabbiness" feel. The groceries and selection was acceptable - but seriously Mr. Weston....invest some $ and spruce up this store! The College Square location is far superior...just saying. Not what I expect from one of Canada's grocery "Giants". you can do better (and this busy store is probably a cas$cow to boot)!

  There are at least 2 cashiers that should be recognized. Rose C. is efficient in every way an employee should be. She promotes the company consistently and is very cheerful towards everyone. Rose knows all the specials in the flyers reminding one of the good deals. Jesse is another cashier that should be recognized for her hard work. She is more timid but quick and always helpful. Most of the staff are great, these people need to be recognized. I am a loyal customer for many years and got my PC Mastercard and PC Plus card after cashing out at the checkout with Rose Many years ago
