  I think the worst pharmacy ever I had to get a Rabies vaccine prescription from my family doctor and the doctor had mentioned Imomax in my prescription came to collect the vaccine and they say it’s not available but it’s available under different brand called Rab Advert so I told them to switch the prescription they refused , I went back to the Clinic got it signed by my doctor and my doctor was surprised because he said the pharmacist can switch prescription if it’s the same vaccine but different brand name, after that I ran back to this great Loblaws pharmacy and the lady says it’s fake sign and how come could u come too soon from the clinic I wasted my whole day running around and she accuses me of such things I mad really mad She has no right to accuse me and talk to me like that WORST EVER DO NOT GO THERE if u want to get treated worst

  My daugther's docotr ordered effervescent tablets as it is not easy for het to swallow. He pharmasist gave us regular tablets without saying anything. After we realizad I came back and was told they did not habe what the docotr prescribed and that I could not get the presciption back. It took more than an hour to ger the same medication in liquid. While waiting another customer claimed that he was given the generic medication and nobody asked him if that was ok. He always got the same brand and could not take the generic one. It seems this pharmacy gives customer whatever they want without telling them. I am taking my file somewhere else.

  Worst pharmacy ever! They are super slow and even when you call ahead for prescriptions on file they still don't have it ready. The staff, especially the woman intaking the prescription is extremely rude and is irritated by questions. Isn't "service" part of their job? I took my file and went Shoppers where they know how to be a pharmacy.

  If you need a refill request from your doctor be prepared to wait more than a week for them to get around to it, even if you tell them it's urgent. Refuse to leave until you get service or you'll have to bother them four times to do their job. Lazy rude and careless staff don't get anything done on time
