  I have been here since 2012 and try to keep my staff informed of changes that happen with Canada Revenue, I try to keep them informed of the simple and sometimes not so simple situations that arise (sometimes they don't know the answers but would be expected to find out with a simple phone call to myself or CRA) I treat the business like it is my own though I am just the manager here, and I try to keep an inviting environment. Come by sometime and see for yourself, I will be waiting :)

  Nope - used them a while back, and the young lady I asked tax questions to had literally NO answers to questions on simple deductions. I don't believe a tax "specialist" should be using the sentence, "I don't know" when being asked about a simple Tax Prep 101 type deduction.

  Lots of negative review about this place but so far since I been coming here since 2011 I never once had any issues with my tax been done here. Sometimes they have a long wait time. 2018 today I am in and only issue I have is heavy smoke smell. Not child friend hard to even breath in here.

  Disgusting and appalling! After I got my taxes done I found out that they shoot porn in the basement!!! I mentioned that I had got my taxes done there and an aquantince at work showed me the videos when I didn't believe him! Grossly, it IS actually people that work as income tax professionals that are in the videos, a woman named Cyndy "Legs" Ree, with a known body of work, also, disgustingly, her mother Linda Kozlowski along with various "off the streets" men on a dirty couch in the basement after hours. Furthermore, there is a sister, Judith Ree, who, together with Cyndy Ree have been investigated for identity theft! Apparently this is well known! Well, I'm posting here, because this is NOT well known to me, and I want others to be aware of what kind of reputable place this is, based upon who they choose to hire and what they choose to let happen in their establishment. Lastly,I just got a letter from the goverment saying that my taxes were done incorrectly, and now my child tax will be taken away to pay for their mistake!! I called and they said that it wasn't their job to make sure that the taxes are filed correctly?!?....WHOSE JOB IS IT?!? TOTAL SCAM!!!TOTALLY SKETCHY!!!NO STARS!!

  I've had nothing but lovely encounters with the ladies who keep this place afloat , they are wonderful and kind and welcoming to all. I see the negative comments by people who clearly have nothing better to do than make up lies and deceit about wonderful people Only place I'll do my taxes 👌👌
