  Shelby did a really great job with my rather complicated taxes, and was fast, getting the return posted right away. She also went back to the previous year, resubmitted the return and got me money back! She was very patient and explained everything very well. A great experience and I would definitely use her again

  Did 3 years for me, quick and fast. She was great, would go to again! Edit: Wanted to do this years and last years and she wouldn't go below 70$ a year. 140$ for 2 years? When you can just use TurboTax for free online? Ya... no. Price is outrageous for a single person, no family, no business.

  I found the staff to be friendly and patient. While they were a little slow, they also took the time to talk to my grandma and myself and answer any questions we had. They helped me backfile my taxes for the last 4 years and charged me very little! Overall a nice place, probably better for someone who values quality experience over speed.

  They messed up my tax return and wouldn't do anything to guarantee their work. I'll be going somewhere else from now on
