  Staff was super helpful and friendly! The rooms were gorgeous. Great place to spend some time while in the Vancouver; you won't want to go out and explore the city because it's so cozy inside!

  A very nice hotel overall. Wonderful location, amazing staff, and has an air of understated quality. Rooms range from standard (as seen in this picture - but still quite nice), to modern, redone, and luxurious. If you prefer something other than a big chain, and all the characteristics and nuances that come with that, then this place is for you.

  Nossa hospedagem no hotel L’Hermitage tem sido surpreendentemente agradável. A localização é perfeita e a equipe do front desk é extremamente atenciosa e cordial. Celebramos meu aniversário na cidade e recebi um mimo no quarto, com cartão, vinho e snacks. Quando passamos pela recepção, somos recebidos com sorrisos e funcionárias muito prestativas. A suite assinatura, na qual nos hospedamos, conta com uma cozinha toda equipada, com utensílios e eletrônicos, além de lareira elétrica e 2 tvs. O serviço de limpeza é ótimo, com reposição de cápsulas nespresso de cortesia e amenities da L’Occitane. Em suma, o L’Hermitage é um dos melhores hotéis em que já nos hospedamos, tanto pelo luxo das instalações quanto pelo toque pessoal, profissional e gentil da equipe. Voltaremos sempre.

  This hotel is excellent, luxurious but not pretentious with great customer service oriented staff. I felt so well taken care of. I highly recommend the valet parking service if you have a car. The roof top pool, hot tub and the gym and lovely breakfast lounge were icing on top of the cake. The room was very clean and well decorated. You can't even ask for a better location in Vancouver, walkable to everything. Highly recommend it. Rare experience to have it all in one place!

  The nicest hotel in Vancouver. The staff is absolutely wonderful, really helpful and they remember details from your previous stay, really adds a personal touch. The rooms are gorgeous, very large, huge if you book a suite. Some of the rooms have a kitchen so it’s very convenient to have a full size fridge and dishes, etc. Bed is very comfortable, they have a beautiful fitness centre, pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re getting.
