  Service is good if you can find someone. Cashiers are mostly not very nice. Good selection of stuff for home projects.

  Easy to navigate the store. Plenty of associates available. The parking lot was so packed there were people waiting for spot everywhere, it was a little on the small side.

  C'est quelquefois un peu compliqué d'obtenir des réponses et, en partant, de trouver des employés qui vont répondre directement à vos questions. En fait, c'est inégal comme service. Tandis que certains excellent dans leur département, d'autres sont à peu près inutiles.

  Pas de service! Il faut se promener et trouver un employé qui en appelle un autre. 15 minutes plus tard je dois refaire la même chose. 10 minutes plus tard il arrive et m'avise que le produit recherché n'est pas disponible dans leur magasin. 30 minutes de perdu et ce n'est pas la première fois.

  Came here to buy something for the bathroom - a bidet shower and we found two options (we weren't sure if there were going to be any) we got the basic version and installed it that same day and have been using it for about 3 weeks and it has been great!! The Brondell bidet shower was a great choice and glad that we found it in the first store we went looking for it!! Product gets a 5 star!! Store gets a 4 star as it seems that whenever we are here we can never find someone to ask about items.
