  Went in with crooked glasses that I had bent weeks earlier. (Another store in the mall refused to try as the risk of breaking was high) She explained that there is the possibility of them breaking, however she finished the adjustment in minutes and they look great! There was no charge for the service.

  Everyone was very greeting,helpful and nice. I got my glasses in 1 hour. That was awesome!. I LOVE my new glasses. I will be going back when my family needs glasses.

  I called this location to schedule an eye exam, and paid $140 for the appointment. I asked them if they could also give me my pupilary distance number and was informed by the optometrist that an associate in the store could assist me. I need to order a special pair of glasses online that cannot be purchased in stores and the PD # is required to order them. I went into the store and they refused to assist me because I was not specifically purchasing glasses on that day and from that location. I found the salesperson short, and discourteous considering I just gave their affiliated eye exam clinic $140. Not only will I never purchase glasses here but I will never return to this location, or any Lenscrafters for an eye exam.

  We purchased a [rather expensive] pair of glasses from another Lenscrafters location, but brought them to the St-Laurent location to have the fit tightened as they had gotten a little loose. The optician warped the frame by heating it excessively, then repeatedly making rough adjustments. The icing on the cake was when she was unable to put one of the lenses back in to the frame, so she had a coworker give it a go. After several more minutes of heating and forced attempts, they managed to get the lens back in. The only problem was: the lens wasn't in all the way because they had bent the frame completely out of shape. We ended up going to the Rideau Center location where Jun Liu (Optician) expertly reset the lens and reshaped the frame. We will never return to the St-Laurent location due to the way they mishandled a $700+ product of theirs.

  Staff was courteous, efficient, treated me well. Helpful and everyone seemed genuinely interested that my shopping experience be a positive one. Got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Could not have been better. I would recommend this location. It is over an hour drive and worth every kilometer.
