::Great shop with a big selection of cameras and lenses from Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Fuji and more. There are also plenty of accessoires to buy. Only the price for the products are too high. I know that a shop has hard times now that there is the internet, but paying over 480$ for a lens that costs 280$ on the internet is just nonsense.

::I was astonished by the lack of interest and condescending manner I was treated by the lady at this store. She could not wait to go back to the counter and do nothing. I had to go back everytime to get info..usually the reply was either ..i don't know..or,..not my department. I spend thousands on equipment and printing. ::July 2017: In my last review, I was impressed with L&S customer service when staff (Lori) was dealing with another customer. Today, I am writing to say how impressed I was with customer service for me! I took a malfunctioning memory card - with over 800 shots from Europe - that I couldn't read on my computer nor others I tried. Yet, with current technical wizardry and great willingness and charm, Michelle was able to recover all shots in excellent condition. BRAVA & many thanks! March 2017: I was in Lens & Shutter on Saturday afternoon to pick up some photos and happened to hear an exchange between one of the staff members, Lori, and two out-of-town visitors. They were looking for a flash for their daughter; Lori showed them a selection of flashes, but none were suitable. Lori then proceeded to suggest some alternative camera stores and even went the extra mile to call them to find out if they had the particular model. She was successful and the visitors left very appreciative of Lori's service. I was very impressed. Lens & Shutter, you have my business!
