  Great place to play for kids and lego lover adults. Staff are amazing! They don’t allow in-out on the weekends so plan accordingly. When stuck inside you have to buy their food which needs to improve. It’s like eating McDonald’s food but paying Boston pizza prices. The small individual pizzas are terrible. If you’re with a group, pay few extra $$$ and get the larger pizza. They also really need to boost up their wristbands to electronic RFID version. Get ready to lose your kids and for spending time looking for them. This takes away from adults having fun. Though they don’t kids out on their own, nothing stops your kids from walking out with another adult. Just be careful, teach your kids what to do/avoid and try to have fun while you spend lots of money!

  Son loved it. I enjoyed it. Thought there were a few displays that could be touched up or put back into order. The ride that allows you to shoot the gun was not working very well and the two front seats didn't work at all. Most Staff friendly. Photobooth guy was very interactive and interested in making the visit fun. Very very pricey. Ensure you buy your tickets online 24 hours prior.

  A fun spot for kids, go early to avoid lines and buy tickets online ahead if you can. It’s over $20 per person. You can usually get a better price online before you go. There aren’t usually in-and-out privileges but sometimes they allow it if it’s not too busy. There’s a cafe inside with tables if you want to grab a bite to eat. Best for ages 3-7 I’d say.

  I will try to calm myself explaining the reason why 3 star was given to this place. Today (Tuesday April 3, 2018). I called to confirm the numbers of people attending my son's birthday in 5 days. They said to call 5 days prior to the party to confirm everything for the party. At 3 on the dot...I called and was on the phone for 25 minutes...then a lady picks it up and tells me she can not hear me. I tried calling someone else just to make sure nothing is wrong with my phone and can be heard and the answer is... nothing was wrong with my phone! So I called the customer service again because I have to go to work and I won't have time to call later on. Let me tell yah...I waited for another 35 minutes. I asked the lady if she can hear me and she paused and said "I cant hear you" ... right as soon as I asked her the question as if she just didn't want to talk to anyone. Tells me to call back again?!! Do you know how frustrating that is? First of all...how come it takes 25-30 minutes for someone to answer the phone? Second...why do they hang up right away? Why not try to communicate and say I'm sorry about this but I think there's something wrong with my phone or your phone... unfortunately I can't hear you. Be sincere about it so that person who's been waiting for an hour would still be understanding about the situation. I would have given 0 star if I hadn't call the store and explain to them what happened. And the person who answered clearly heard me. She apologized and was very sincere so I thank her for that.

  Wet nice place to go to. I wanted to go with my kid because I hear it is good. Got the tickets from groupon just because it saved a couple bucks. I am giving 4 stars because I expected it to be bigger and have more attractions. Don’t get me wrong they have a couple cool things but that’s all. My kid loved it and didn’t want to leave but I feel like I could have taken him elsewhere for half the price and still he would have loved it. But the staff is amazing. They try to keep the place as clean as possible even with all the kids throwing toys and prices all over the place. The pictures that you see posted by myself would be approximately the whole place.
