  I've been coming to Lead for about 5 years now and they are amazing in every way. The classes are conducted by true professionals who all have extensive training so you can be confident that you will be receiving the best instruction available! I also use their massage therapists, usually Stephanie Taylor, and they are great! Their Chiropractor, Dr. Rikki MacKenzie recently helped me with a extensive bout of vertigo and I am beyond grateful! Lead will guide you into better health in all aspects of your life....they are a must try local business. Well done Jana Danielson and team!

  Lead Pilates is the BEST facility for becoming the BEST version of yourself. With the multiple avenues it offers I love how i can not only go there for a massage, but for a fun class that is centered on realigning my body but also for shopping at the best boutique in town!! I love their clothes! I absolutely LOVE the block therapy class, coming from a bodybuilding background i was having issues activating my glutes and needed help! Jana recommended this class and i have gone several times and no longer have issues activating my glutes! Thank you thank you thank you!! I love this facility so much and enjoy the staff even more! The friendly customer service makes me want to go in and visit even on days i am not going in for a class! Holly Legge :)

  Lead Pilates is my favourite workout place ever. They have so many different types of classes I never get bored. I have even been to Mexico twice with the group doing pilates on the beach.

  I trust the Lead Pilates team because they have thorough knowledge and certifications in many areas. My experience with lead has increased my quality of life greatly. The facility is clean, the equipment is superb quality, the staff are proessional and welcoming, the clientelle are friendly and encouraging. It feels more like going to a spa than a gym. Owner, Jana is inspiring and accomodating. They aim for continual improvement and it shows.

  Best Pilates Studio in Saskatoon! The quality of my life has greatly improved since being connected with Jana and her team at Lead. The classes are challenging and restorative for my body and mind, all of the staff are very knowledgeable, and the environment is inviting and supportive. There is a real sense of community when you attend a class, event or appointment. Doesn't matter if you have been there for a week or for years, it is a place of friendship and vitality. The Lead team is also a very present face within the Saskatoon and surrounding communities, striving to inspire, educate and support local projects whenever they can. The Health Therapies team is incredible, and what I love most is they work with the instructors to ensure everyone is on the same page when it comes to movement and recovery. Where else in Saskatoon can you get that individual care! Thank you Lead for being such a positive source of self-care for this mom of 3, it is greatly needed and appreciated.
