  Bad service ask for idea but dosint ask for younger peoole infront of you total nonsense. First and last rime there.

  There's this older guy who's really nice and friendly but this lady who works there is very rude and disrespectful. I actually had the same problem as Rachel did in this review. I showed my passport and she refused to serve me claiming it's not me in the picture. Mind you, I'm 24 years old and the picture on my ID was only a year older. This LCBO has the most inexperienced employees in the city. I once asked them for a product which they claimed ran out of stock only to find it in their shelf minutes later. Go to the one at Rideau centre or Carling Ave. They're so much better!

  Get some employees that know how to do the job right. At the cash, a lady who worked there asked for my ID. Of course I gave it to her and she handed it backing saying 'I can't accept this, this isn't you'. Take in mind, I used my ACTUAL drivers licence and then my health card to prove further that the person on my ID is in fact me. However, she still refused to sell me the alcohol. I'm 21 years old. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Very poor wine selection. The staff varies from very good to I don't give a damn about you attitude. One of the worst LCBO locations in Ottawa.
