::I booked an appointment with the eye doctor at the Carlingwood location. When I arrived 2 days later, they said they couldn't find the appointment scheduled. A moment later another store employee came over and said that she would serve me. I was taken to the back for a pre-exam and the optometrist came in and did her deed. After receiving the eye glass prescription, it was not even my prescription! I would trust this company. Save your money and go to a real eye specialist. These people are only their for the numbers game. I tried to find the head office to speak with someone and couldn't find one. All I found were bad reviews about blame shifting. Next time I will do better research before I go to a mall eye doctors office.
