  As a consultant, being able to get the parts and repairs I need so close to where I work is a huge benefit. The staff here are always knowledgeable and helpful. And the variety of products is impressive given the smaller floor space. I always find what I need here.

  The touch pad right click button on my six year old Asus laptop K 53 E laptop stopped functioning causing no end of inconvenience. Russ Gladden, of Laurier, went to great lengths to obtain replacement parts and, when told they were no longer available, managed to McGyver together a mechanical fix that, several months later, is still working like a charm. And all for $75.00. A few years ago, they fixed a Windows upgrade-related problem and then didn't charge me because they said it wasn't my fault. It wasn't their fault either, but they still stood behind their product. When it comes time for my next Asus, I know where I'm going ....

  Excellent people and professional service! Had my laptop repaired from them and they did a better job than the manufacturer because I had this problem occurring several times previously but after a visit to Laurier, never had that problem at all plus as a complimentary service they cleaned the junk in my laptop and made it faster.

  Amazing customer service from these guys. They go completely out of their way to help you out. Especially thanks to Howard for such great service. Highly recommended! They have very fair prices and they definitely do not try to over sell you on products you don't need. I had a weird problem and not only did Howard find a unique solution, but he even came and helped install it. So thank you guys again!

  Great service! I like to support this small business and I like being able to talk to the owner on the phone or face to face. I have purchased at least 8 computers here and Paul is always helpful even though I don't know exactly what I want. He'll quickly put together a couple of options for me with his recommendations. Most of the time I can get what I order next day and I don't need to go into the store to order. I highly recommend the experts at Laurie computer.
