  I got my standard laser eye surgery in November 2015. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The procedure itself went well, although I did feel a bit of pain, despite plenty of numbing eyedrops. I had a panic attack during the procedure, through no fault of the doctors, as I have an anxiety disorder. I can't for the life of me remember the nurses name, but she was so kind and sweet, and held my hand during the procedure to help calm me down. You're not supposed to feel any pain during the procedure, but it can happen. The pain lasted about 2-3 minutes maybe. Despite the brief pain and the extremely uncomfortable panic attack, I'd definitely do it all over again if I had to. I had dry eyes to begin with so it's natural to have some dryness afterwards. It was pretty bad for the next 2 weeks but I frequently used eyedrops. Now, over a year later, I just use eyedrops occasionally. It feels amazing to wake up and be able to see- I am so glad I got the procedure done.

  I had a great experience at LASIK MD. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and everything was explained before going in so you knew exactly what to expect. There was even a hiccup that day, the surgeon's plane had engine trouble on the way from Edmonton and they couldn't make it to the clinic at all, so they arranged for another surgeon to fly in from Victoria where he was supposed to perform 3 surgeries in order to instead perform the 13 for people waiting here in Saskatoon. I was so relieved because I had been looking forward to the surgery for months. The whole process was very fast, I was in and out of the operating room within 15 minutes. At the follow up the next day I could already see almost 20/20 and a week later I was 20/20 and it keeps getting better, which is amazing because my prescription was pretty high. Overall a great experience that I would do again in a heartbeat because now I can SEE!

  I had a great experience. The staff at LASIK MD were very professional and took away any concerns that I had. Not only was the price very affordable, but the whole process from consultation to surgery only took a 2 months. I was only at the clinic for 3 hours on the day of my surgery, It was fast and efficient. The doctor was very professional and gave me confidence that he would do a good job. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery and my eyesight is perfect. I have 20/20 vision in each eye individually but put together I can see 20/15. Best decision I have made. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend it.

  Very professional group . I was quite nervous on the day of my surgery but I must say that the whole process was flawless and the calm , relaxing nature of the team , including the surgeon , helped alleviate any and all feelings of trepidation . At the end of it , the surgery is something I would do again in a heartbeat and have recommended it to many of my friends . As a lifelong wearer of glasses , the freedom I now feel without them is beyond description . Kudos to Lasik !! PS , the cookies are great too !

  Before going in I had never heard a person going through the process be unhappy with the results so I had some pretty high expectations going in. I am now adding myself to the list of happy customers. The whole process from start to finish has been extremely professional. Everything from the customer service staff right up to the Dr. performing the procedure has been excellent. The staff are knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. They provide, ahead of time, enough material to answer most any question you will have about the process and what to expect after the surgery. While I didn't have a strong prescription to begin with, I was already at 20/20 by my appointment the next day.
