  Unfortunately a poor experience here. The space is beautiful and the staff friendly, however, communication was painfully slow with email reply wait times around 3 days. Notably, when I came to pick up my project they had lost it. Also, many of the parts I had asked to be laser cut were not cut fully through the acrylic, requiring me to re-cut them (using a different laser cutter).

  Update: Laser Cutter Cafe's customer service is exceptional! In response to my criticisms, Laser Cutter Cafe actually reached out to offer me a full refund. Although my experience wasn't great this time around, I'm sure that my next order will be improved. Poor communication and higher than expected costs. I only received replies about once a week. When my parts were finally made (three weeks after my initial e-mail), the scale didn't match that of my drawings. They were polite about the mistake, but they didn't inform me of the price increase before moving forward with the order. Be advised that if you're requesting full-service, send your parts in 1:1 scale. I received very little instruction on how these PDF's should be formatted.
