::Truly care about making sure you are insured correctly. Offer different coverages and different companies to go through.

::As a property management company, LaRoche McDonald has surpassed my expectations. I have never had such a professional and positive experience with a rental company ever, in Saskatoon. They hire excellent caretakers, and run the office in an efficient manner. Easy to get ahold of, quick to address issues and concerns, and very negotiable in difficult situations. I commend Jack for being such a huge help during the last weeks of my tenancy, as well as Peggy and Lara for being willing to work with me through some issues that were outside of our control. Five stars all-around. If it weren't for the pet policy (understandable) I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

::They've been handling all our insurance needs for ages now and I'm so grateful. they make it easy. Even when we had to make a claim, these guys made it easy. i just call them first, whether it's renewing my license, making a claim, or changing bank information. they handle almost all of it and definitely anything they sold to me in the first place. if a better deal comes along they bring it to my attention.

::Needed a home insurance policy and was pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism. They helped clear up a confusing situation for me.

::I used to live in one of the apartments managed by this company and it was an awful experience. something or the other would go wrong and we would have to call in several times to get it fixed. we would never get a straight answer about why the same issue is happening again and again..and yet they somehow managed to increase rent all the time.
