  The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted almost immediately and treated as if I was part of their family. Very refreshing to see I don't have to purchase a car on the spot to prove I can afford one.

  Alex was patient, attentive and helpful. He explained the features and benefits of the vehicles I was considering and encouraged me to take them out for a test drive. The service I received exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Laking Toyota.

  I had went to another car lot before going to Toyota and I had a very poor experience. When we walked in to Toyota we were welcomed right away and Joel was very helpful and answered all my questions. He has made sure to stay in contact with me after the purchase of the car and I am very grateful for all his help!

  I had a service, tires rebalanced and an inside/ outside wash done. The balancing was very good. The cleaning was out of this world. The truck looked like brand new inside and out and it was very dirty. The guy doing the car washes should get a raise for doing the excellent work he does.
