Fun experience and cool to get to make and customize your own bubble tea drinks! The line up was long and things took long to make. Lots of assortment of flavours and variety! I found the price to be a bit high, especially compared to other bubble tea stores that are of similar taste.

Our drinks came out to about the same as I'd pay at a regular bubble tea place. Base price is $3.25, plus $1 per flavour syringe and other costs for milk (soy, evaporated, regular) and toppings (50 cents each). The flavoured pearls pop in your mouth and release lots of flavour! The staff are also knowledgeable about good flavour combinations. Be sure to ask for help! We got: Kiwi Guava Oolong tea with blueberry pearls and Rose Lychee slush with aloe gel (each drink was $5.75 plus tax). Both were really good! The staff said rose is good with every flavour and it seems they're right! Another customer got Rose Pomegranate and enjoyed it as well. The Rose slush looks like cotton candy!

The concept of this place is really fun. You build your own bubble tea in a lab-like setting and the employees in lab coats call you Dr. (insert name here). But honestly, I've had better tea, both fresh and milk tea. The amount of options you have are nice, but it's all just okay quality and flavour. I probably wouldn't go back unless I was in the area and was really craving bubble tea. Also, I was kind of annoyed that the pricing of items is all the way at the cash register. So when you're grabbing items to put on your tray you don't know the prices. My drink came out to almost $8, which is kind of crazy for bubble tea.

Was a really fun experience of "making" your own bubble tea. The line up was a bit long but makes sense as they just opened a month ago and has been featured in multiple blogs.I do not think personally its worth waiting for, just go to another place that makes bubble tea and skip the line. I felt that the tapioca tasted really weird, and didn't feel as fresh. I found the flavors was interesting but its basically like other bubble tea store the only difference is you wait 30+ minutes to chose flavors to put on a tray. Its cute for a one time experience, wouldn't be able to go there every week unless you have a lot of time to spare.

I'll be honest, I was expecting more. The lineup was a little longer than I had expected but it made sense since it was new. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The experience was interesting, but that's kinda where it ends. I went in hoping for a plethora of flavors to choose from, but it was quite lacking. This was the most disappointing part. I was craving some berry flavour and I couldn't find strawberry which seems to be a pretty common thing to be missing. They had raspberry which I had to double up on but was greatly disappointed to find that it started to taste like bubble gum after a while, don't ask me how. The strawberry boba was good though. The only thing I could say I kinda liked by the end of it all. Overall, good experience, price was average and the staff were great. But I have other choices within walking distance which I will be visiting over this.
