  Terrible customer service!!!! I will never go there again for shopping. I experienced a very rude and arrogant behavior from one of the staffs at the watch section after I asked her for a clarification. She does not know the meaning of ''respect'' at all.

  I wanted to buy a pair of watches but, thanks to the poor customer service and rude staff, I eventually bought them through Amazon at half price! I bet you can find cheaper prices everywhere else for most of the articles without exposing yourself to the aggressive behaviour of staff here. A lower level arrogant manager, NATASHA, allowed herself to easily insult us when we simply asked for a clarification on a policy.

  My go to shopping destination especially for Chanel makeup! I love their points system. I use their credit card everywhere and collect points which then I redeem as gift cards towards purchases

  I accompanied my wife to purchase woman’s clothes (3rd floor at La Baie downtown Montreal) and we weren’t impressed by the sales associates. They are very cold, don’t smile and have a poor client service approach. Management should monitor more closely.

  Service is very good. Really liked the interaction with the sales person. Merchandise selection not as great as I'd like. A lot of stuff made in China, regardless of brands. Would be nice if they carried more Made in Canada stuff. But overall, not bad at all.
