One of my favorite places to stop by for bubble tea. My go to drink is the rose milk tea with agar jelly. It's nice that they have a variety of toppings and use honey rather than sugar. This place is nice to hang out with friends and enjoy some bubble tea. I'm taking away a star because I've been to this location many times however, only in the 4th time they asked for my phone number for vicinity points. Turns out I hadn't been getting points before then.

My favourite bubble tea in Toronto. Open late, good service, and great selection. Their Tie Guan Yin milk tea is my favourite. If you've had Hokkaido milk tea in other stores, this is the equivalent, and an excellent version. Great as a drop-in, or after-dinner hangout with friends. We often hit up Gold Stone next door or Home Made Ramen across the street and then come here after.

BEST bubble tea place in Toronto. Everyone should try the 38 Milk King ! staff told me this was their most popular and I see why, it's delicious! I had this everyday when I was visiting Toronto. Cute place to sit and chill in at a convenient location on Spadina. Highly recommend it!

The interior is very nice and cute. The chairs are comfy and modern. Well lit and clean. Have a cute Kung Fu mascot displayed throughout the store and on the cups. Has a unique variety of both cold and hot drinks. The staff are nice. A good place to catch up with friends, have a talk, and even study for school. Washrooms are well maintained and they are also a member of Vicinity Points. There is also a 'daily special' menu to choose from too.

The teas here are really yummy and decent price. The store is pretty clean and cozy to hang out at. They have some unique flavours compared to the top bubble tea chains so i definitely recommend trying some tea here! Of course you can choose sugar and ice levels. The staff are efficient and usually there isn't much wait (in my experience). Another great tea place, I wish i have visited it sooner!
