  This is Telus's fighter brand. Basically a low cost cellular service. The booth is well designed and allows easy access to everything. The staff are pretty knowledgable about their product and even some competitors. Phone selection is ok. Parking is available from mall, Transit from the Canada Line.

  They re-designed the kiosk very well from a small round kiosk to a new bigger rectangle. There are 4 displays for for products and there are always at least 2 people working. Anything you need, they are patient and helpful. I had alot of questions, as I have battery problems and a need to upgrade. The worker was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

  We were getting and changing out accounts and the three if them helping us didn't even ask for id until my husband ask if they needed to. Half the time when I walk by they are goofing around and not paying attention to the customers. Stop hiring high school student who don't know what they are doing.
