::I have lived next door to Kits mini storage for 15 years and came to use them for the first time this past spring for a short time as I was going through a transition. The service was impeccable, so friendly and welcoming, they always went above and beyond to work with my needs. Andi and Rose (and Copper the resident dog) and occasional Carl are so friendly, personable and helpful, it made my experience - my first exposure to storage culture - so easy and supported, less daunting and overwhelming. I love that they have a discount for next door buildings. And I was a little intimidated with handling the super old school elevator at first but they walked me through many times until I felt comfortable and it was fun! In fact, they have become my neighbourhood friends, though I no longer have storage needs, I stop by often to chat and connect with Andi and Rose (and Copper the dog :)). I will definitely use their services again if needed. In addition to the ultra convenience factor (location, location, location), they have great security and I always feel safe there - so much so, when I sell things on Craigslist, it's my go to place to meet people. Keep up the good work!
