  The plants and flowers are gorgeous. Such a well organized, beautiful small space with a good variety to choose from for florals, plants special occasion gifts and decore. Unique pots and friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable.

  UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW. King West Flowers has since reached out to right a wrong. Claudia offered her apologies and made a true effort to rectify the situation. I am grateful she did this as few businesses would. I have changed my review and opinion accordingly. Such a disappointment. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and needed them delivered by noon. I was assured by the store that it would be no problem and that it would be one of the first deliveries out. I said that if they couldn't do it, I would cancel and order from somewhere else - I was assured no problem. On my wife's birthday, no delivery as of time requested - only to be told that it's on the truck and driver didn't know there was time limit. Krista, woman on the phone made no real effort to help other to say she'll call the driver again. So my wife who is about to leave work will not get her flowers and I look like the bad husband. Thanks King West Flowers.

  King West flowers is definitely my favourite flower shop in the city. Whenever I've called to place orders they have always been really helpful and super friendly. I've ordered flowers for a few different occasions and I've always been satisfied. They also have a really beautiful arrangements in the flower seem to last forever :-)
