::When I was there (only me, no other customers) asking a simple question the lady didn't answer me - she used her eye balls rolling up towards the menu screen (meant "look yourself"!) But I didn't see what I was looking for until 20 seconds later because it takes turn to show more menu items. Although I still bought the food this is not the right way to answer a very simple question. All she needed to say actually was simple - "yes we have". You might be very tired I did understand but you may nod your head with a more friendly smile - much better than rolling eye balls. By the way, KFC Canada also better be more innovative to their menu. Look at their counterparts- KFC in Asia has probably 3 times more choices. Toronto is full of people from all around the world and never worry about your new dishes.

::Line ups are stupidly long on any day of the week. Showed up on a Saturday at 2 and had only one person on cash, with around 25 people crowding the line up. Absolutely insane. Always end up turning away because of the line ups and going to eat somewhere else. Very poor management, clearly.

::Not sure if it was a one time thing, but earlier today I bought the Tuesday special which is supposed to be 2 piece and fries. Brought it up to my desk at work to eat and noticed something odd. Instead of receiving actual 2 pieces of chicken, what I received was a thigh cut in half and breaded separately and put in my box masked as a 2 piece meal. I didn't realize this until I ate the first piece (which was basically skin). I'll be heading down to talk to the manager, but I think this is regular practice on Tuesdays at this location because of the high traffic. I hope corporate sees my review and stops this practice!

::Busy location with attentive staff. Reliable service, expanded menu and seasonal specials. Solid place for those fried chicken or fast food cravings.

::Fast food joint, price I paid is not bad for what I got. Would maybe on some uncommon occasion go eat there. It is a quick bite though.
