  I just went to this location to buy a 4-pieces box and a crunch sandwich. The sandwich is okay, but in the 4-pieces box, only one piece is regular size, the chicken leg is smaller than usual, and the other two pieces are just TINY, each one is only for two bites. The following pictures are the chicken compare with my girlfriend's hand. The staff gave the chicken INTENTIONALLY. Or is this the standard of KFC quality??? It is the WORST service ever, really disappointed for KFC.

  I have visited this location a couple of times already and it is well serviced; in terms of the staff, quality of customer experience and food. The chicken is real, not rubbery. The meals are always hot and freshly made. The staff and the cooks seem really friendly and pleasant to deal with whenever I visit the outlet. I must highlight Marie as efficient, knowledgeable and knows how to interact with people. She is a big part of the experience that makes me return to this KFC location. Thanks Marie and all the other staff for doing a fantastic job!!

  Given my last experience I am very disappointed and upset at KFC Canada - Came to the location, was told that they were out of chicken and it would take a minimum of 30 minutes for the next batch to be prepared. Note that on multiple visits they always seem to be out of chicken - either this location is understaffed, under-trained, or incompetent. Was told I could order any of the sandwiches. Ordered a zinger sandwich and waited about 15 minutes for that. When I got it, it appeared fine, but after the first bite it was apparent that it was completely uncooked on the inside. I showed it to the manager, she was apologetic and asked the cook why it was raw, he blamed the fryer. Not sure if I am the only customer to have had such a poor experience - but am quite upset that a corporate establishment such as KFC Canada would ever serve a customer raw chicken. The disregard to health & safety, and customer service is unacceptable.

  Very good food. Husband found it a little on the greasy side for the chicken. As someone who spent almost a year making chicken, the color of the skin was on point, cooked to perfection. Also had a zinger, was nice and hot when I received it. The meat was nice and juicy. Great job and very friendly location.
