  Called 20 times because I ordered online for delivery and they forgot some items in my order. They didn't pick up 20 times. They also advertised a $10 chicken tender deal online that was no longer in effect in real life. The manager told me that they were incapable of processing my order and that I would have to order something else. I'm very disappointed that they were unapologetic about this , and didn't offer to even try and put together the order or didn't offer any other option for me. TLDR : Poor customer service, false advertising Update: it's been 3.5 hours since I've called for my items. I have still not heard back from them

  Extremely slow. Took 20 minutes for 2 Zinger Boxes. The restaurant was filthy, and there was nobody in there. I can understand if it was during a dinner rush, but this was at 9:00pm.

  These passed couple of times that I've been to the one on Lasalle the chickens either over cooked and way to crispy or burnt. Can't believe I actually got burnt chicken at KFC last night through the drive-thru

  No chicken!! This is the third time within three months we try to buy chicken on the drive through and they tell us they don’t have chicken. Today they only have two pieces!? This is disappointing!!! We go to kfc to ask if they have chicken. Kind of a shame! This is also the worst drive through... the radius doesn’t fit the cars to turn!!! Lots of marks on the walls and they added a wooden piece.

  Am I the only one that's disappointed that they changed their gravy and their coleslaw?? I'm up for changes with certain things but why change a good thing. I can honestly say I was disappointed... Not complaining on the service that was great.
