I wish i give him zero star. All good reviews are created by their own people. In reality keytech is not a computer store at all. It is a junk place. Do not even go to this store or buy online from website. This guy sale old laptop with the name of brand new. Total unprofessional place to buy anything. Junk yard

When I walked into KeyTech Computers, having noticed the sandwich board on the sidewalk, I was served with the utmost care and dedication to both solve my problem with a refurbished laptop and appreciation of my EMF knowledge. Wally, the CEO, listened to what I had to say about the reported Error or Omission in Health Canada Safety Code 6, our exposure standard for Radio Frequency Microwave Radiation and has the training to understand that the harm to all life and infrastructure is real. The next day I returned with my broken equipment and swapped the refurbished laptop for repairs to my machine and walked away completely happy with restored functioning at an affordable cost. Thank you Wally! During the recent holiday season, Wally opened the back of the store on a day when he was actually closed, in an effort to provide me with a replacement computer when mine had died due to what might be an extreme cold weather household caused electrical issue that was not stopped by a high end surge protection power bar.
