  This place is the worst place on earth. Maggie Wang will burn in hell, mark my words, I have never met such a nasty person in my life. Don't give this women your money. She will face misfortune for all the people she has screwed over. Don't be one of her victims. Do not come here

  Please do your self a favor and stay away from here. The Landlady Maggie pretends that she doesn't own the place and only works there even though she is fully the owner. She is a money grubbing scammer. The place is horrible and the landlady is always there watching you. Many students have been scammed here by her. She likes to take in international students and threatens to call the police on them and even deport them if they don't do as they say. Do not rent here. If you see her kijiji ad just ignore it. Don't even bother coming here for a hostel, the place is expensive and the conditions are garbage.

  Be careful about living here. I think the Landlady's name is Maggie. Anyways she is too cheap to turn on the heat, she keeps everything locked up such as the laundry and enters your room when ever she wants. There is no privacy in the place and she will try to trick as much money out of you as possible.

  As some one who was tricked to living there, I will be honest in sharing my story. For students that found her ad for renting to students. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The land lady Maggie Wang tricks students and mainly focuses on scamming international students. My experience here was hell along with many of the other tenants. When you try to move out she forces you to pay a large to do so. It is not legal and do not listen to anything she says. I wish I had received warnings before I moved in but I was fortunate enough to be rescued by the University. She has cameras all over the house watching. She is very creepy and will eavesdrop and enter your rooms when ever she likes. Do not rent here at all costs. You will regret it.

  Made reservation in advance. No reservation at our arrival. Office not open eventhough it should have been opened. Were proposed to share a double bed for 3 people. We should have left our luggage in the car. The car should have been parked on the road. We did not stay there as it seemed to be a very unfriendly place. We checked the garden and were shocked how it looked like. Nothing for guests! Do not even think about staying there for 5 minutes. Get far away from this place! There is no star showing the real star for this place.
