  Ther are better options available in city ... they certainly are not offering anything which makes you go there specially. I went to refill of low level of coolant of a vehicle under contract with them- they declared that level is fine while it was NOT !

  Very informative and accommodating. Had a full brake job done and I can say without a doubt, they stand behind their work and make things very easy. Highly recommended for all your automotive needs.

  Mike and his coworkers have time and time again gone above and beyond to take care of me. I always come here for tires on my cars. This is the only tire shop that I haven’t once had to immediately come back to have them re-balance my wheels which is a major pet peeve of mine. I seem to have bad luck with that everywhere else. I’ve had numerous sets of wheels mounted here and I’ll always do a highway rip at speeds I cannot confirm nor deny and there has never been a need to come back and have the balance redone.

  These gentleman were exceptionally helpful in replacing a damaged rim for my car. They called a dealer to get a "New" rim, a auto wrecker to see if there was a replacement and then went to the auto wrecker for me to get it. Called me when they were ready and I was able to drive down they switched over the spare to the new one and sent me on my way. They were all very professional and polite. I could not be happier with how I was treated. They will become my new 'tire guys".

  I’m new to Abbotsford and chose Kal Tire as my tire shop because I was told their service is excellent. Well I’ve bought two sets of winter tires from them now and I can vouch that their service really is outstanding. Travis is a very honest guy and has saved me money a couple of times already. I tore a flap of rubber on the sidewalk of one of my new tires and thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Travis looked at it and said that it was to the outer layer of the tire so it was okay. He could have easily just told me I needed to replace it. Second time he diagnosed an ABS fault for me free of charge. I highly, highly recommend this business. You’ll be glad you went there.
