  I bought the "Ruti" bed and a wooden board was bent. Very difficult to put together! The directions stated it would take 180 minutes but it took 500 minutes. The material itself chips very easily.

  I bought 2 Tranquil dream premium foam mattress's from the Saskatoon west store in October 2017 and they are like sleeping on OVENS! I specifically asked if they were hot when I bought them and was assured they were not. I started dealing with this issue in Dec. The new store manager has been great but the head office has been a nightmare. They apparently do not stand behind the products they sell. I wanted a straight exchange or my money back but they will only give me a gift card. Head office customer service not helpful either because when I called them they wouldn't even try to look up if a case had been started they just wanted the receipt. I tried to explain that there should be a file since we've been dealing with this issue since Dec but she wouldn't even try to look anything up. Do not buy a bed from them!!

  This is a great place to shop whenn you are on a low budget and are not looking for quality items. I've shopped here quite a few times in the past. Ive bought a matress there years ago which was actually pretty decent quality at a good price. I've bought comforters and none of them lasted more than a year. they were poor quality. Also while trying to search for curtains, they only carried long curtains for balconies and such while they didnt carry regular window curtains. What is up with that? Even the employee who worked there couldn't make sense of it.

  Quality really isn't the greatest for this label, but I'll pick up some items when they do have sales. I don't like the smell of this store, it almost makes me want to gag when I walk in...not sure what makes this smell??? Candles?? In sense?? The Cotton??
