::Went in there to purchase a chair the lady working couldn't be bothered to assist you at all. Asked the manager of the department to order us one, he said he would give us a call on when or if they can still get them, no call and no return call when you call to touch base on it...

::I purchased a bed set (mate's bed) it came in 3 boxes. Spent 7 hours assembling the bed only to find our the 2 of the 3 boxes were for the wrong size bed so I had to spend a whole day just getting the correct products

::Sometimes things aren't where you'd think they are but staff are often happy to help if you ask. Watch the flyers as quality is good and can be cheaper than other places. I've gone in a few times and stiff that I thought was just on sale was on clearance and even cheaper!

::Quite cheap, there are some good deals, but also junk items. Also, this place is not very clean.

::Bought a patio conversation set. The sales lady, Hina was fantastic and Giles (cashier) was super friendly. We are extremely pleased with this store and our whole experience.
